specifications) for this solicitation are now available. Only offerors
that were found to be technically qualified under Part 1 of this
solicitation will be able to submit a price proposal for Part 2. Part
2 will require a non-refundable charge of $350.00. Only certified
checks and money orders made payable to the General Services
Administration will be accepted. Checks or money orders should be
