ANALYTICAL SYSTEMS DRAFT SOW The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) will make available for review the Draft Statement of Work(SOW) for the proposed Analytical Systems contract. The Draft SOW covers computer systems analyst support, analytical tool development, data base support, electronic publishing, modeling and simulation architecture and tools, hardware maintenance, computer aided missile design, computer based signature prediction,signals laboratory support and modification, and digital signal processing. The Draft SOW may be accessed on or after 04 February 1999 from the DIA/MSIC Homepage at http://msic.dia.mil/contracts.html and will be available for review through 26 February 1999. Comments, constructive criticism, and/or questions related to the Draft SOW should be submitted by e-mail to contracts@msic.dia.mil. The questions and/or comments will be utilized, if applicable, to clarify the proposed SOW before release of the Request for Proposal (RFP).
