The vehicles will be used primarily for transporting personnel and equipment as needed by Forest Service personnel stationed in Flagstaff, Arizona. The vehicles will be used to a considerable extent on all types of unsurfaced roads(gravel, cinders, and dirt) and may be driven where there is brush growing on the shoulders. Estimated total number of vehicles required is 35. Multiple IDIQ-type contract awards are expected. The contract(s) will run from April 1, 1999, thru September 30, 1999.
