Construct a two-story medical clinic (approximately 6,555 square meters) connected to a single-story logistics building (approximately 2,205 square meters), consisting of office space and warehouse storage. The clinic building features non-combustible structural steel construction (beams, girders, and columns), concrete slab on metal decking, concrete spread footings, standing seam metal roof supported by steel open-web joists, brink veneer on steel stud system window curtains wall, and an elevator. The logistics building features a metal building system with concrete foundation, standing seam wall, and an elevator. Both buildings have HVAC system consisting of air handling units, chillers, and gas fired hot water boilers. Sitework includes: asphaltic concrete paving, portland cement concrete paving, landscaping and irrigation system, and improvement to utilities systems. Demolition of six modular buildings and two warehouses is also part of the project, including asbestos abatement. This is a metric project.
