It is the Government's intention to replace all open type life ring station mounting plates and replace them with enclosed fiberglass cabinet type units. In addition some stations will be relocated to other areas, and some new stations will be established. The scope of work will include a small amount of asbestos work. The RFQ shall be available on or about February 22, 1999. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542. The related Small Business Size Standard is 1542. The related Small Business size standard is $17 million. The estimated cost of the proposed procurement is between $50,000 to $75,000.
