Work will consist of removing and replacing kitchen hoods and supply and return fans, replacing serving line hood supply and return fans and replacing AHU 1. Project also includes removal and replacement of duct work and modification of the fire suppression system in the kitchen hood. Provide all electrical, mechanical support required. Magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 180 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation is being issued for full and open competition. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted through the Electronic Posting System (http://eps.arnet.gov/). Paper copies will not be provided.
