The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The intended source is Dillon Precision Products, Inc., 8009 E. Dillon Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. Dillon Precision Products, Inc. is the actual manufacturer and possess necessary engineering expertise and technical data to provide the M-134 Minigun Feeder / De-linker in a timely manner. Interested persons may identify themselves to the contracting officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
