This is a restricted acquisition. A non-competitive negotiation is proposed with Astrocom Electronics, Colliersville, NY because this procurement is confined to the contractor's P/N and must be compatible in form, fit, and function with existing equipment. A five(5)year indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract is anticipated. The estimated maximum quantity for the five (5) years is 2,500 per NSN.
