The National Air Intelligence Center, Directorate of Global Threat, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio is contemplating a five-year, single-award contract to provide management, scheduling and production of scientific, technical, and general military intelligence analysis that will support US Air Force threat issues associated with national missile defense, joint theater air and missile defense, and other new initiatives as they develop. It is contemplated that the contractor will maintain facilities within a 25 miles radius of Wright-Patterson AFB OH in order to permit rapid and economical exchange of information. Potential sources must provide in their response to this announcement the followinginformation: (1) evidence of previous experience at performing intelligence threat assessment reports and validation functions to support USAF acquisition programs (2) evidence of managing, scheduling, and producing validation reports, and detailed scientific and technical analysis on a variety of foreign aerodynamic and ballistic missile weapon systems, to include hardware and software simulations: (3) familiarity with the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization (BMDO), National Missile Defense (NMD) threat issues. Theater Missile Defense (TMD) threat issues, and Joint Theater Air and Missile Defense (JTAMD) related threat issues; (4) evidence of the ability to obtain TOP SECRET/SCI personnel and facility in accordance with Industrial Security Manual (DoD 5220.22M) by contract award; (5) evidence of the ability to perform 50% of all work levied under this contract. All responses will be evaluated against the criteria listed in this announcement. Limit responses to 10 pages or less. Foreign participation on this contract is not authorized. All respondents shall indicate whether they are large or small business in relation to SIC Code 8711 size standard $20.0M.
