C -- INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR A-E SERVICES, FOR USPFO FOR NEW MEXICO, SANTA FE, NM SOL 301RP9-3100-0200 POC CONTRACT SPECIALIST DIANA DURAN (505) 474-1823 OR CONTRACTING OFFICER CPT LOU ZOLORA (505)474-1803 (Site Code DAHA29) Architect-Engineer Design Services required by this solicitation may involve multiple discipline design efforts for maintenance, repair, alteration and studies. The firm shall have the ability to design asbestos abatement and perform cathodic protection surveys/design (requires NACE accreditation). Designs will be based on a Government provided Project Book or Statement of Work. Typical projects identified, but not limited to are as follows: (1) Design of new roads and parking lots; (2) Upgrade aircraft parking apron; (3) Architectural compatibility studies; (4) Insulate various CMU buildings; (5) Design alterations to office/shop space; (6) Repair/Replace HVAC systems; (7) Replace roofs, various buildings. All or part of these projects may be funded. Selection criteria will be ranked in the following order of importance; (1) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance; (2) Specialized experience and technical competence; (3) Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time; (4) Past performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work and compliance with performance schedules; (5) Location, in the general geographic area (Albuquerque/Santa Fe); (6) Demonstrate success in prescribing the use of recovered materials, achieving waste reduction and energy efficiency in design. Individual Delivery Orders will not exceed $200,000.00 and the total dollar amount for all Delivery Orders will not exceed $750,000.00 for one year. The Government has the option to extend the contract for an additional year. The total dollar amount for the option year will not exceed $750,000.00, for a maximum contract potential of $1,500,000.00 in two years.
