Knowledge and experience in Federal and Washington State waste regulations is required. Ability to research Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) information, collate internal waste generation records, and create and proof waste profile questionnaires is required. Also required is knowledge of chemical compounds and properties and the ability to identify applicable chemical regulation. The performance period shall be for a one-year period from the date of award. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used from this procurement.
