Knowledge and experience in 49 CFR to support common waste manifests and shipping requirements is needed. Knowledge and experience with DD1348's is required. Report writing, data extraction and data entry skills are required for Keyport's NUWC Environmental Management Sytem (NEMS), and oracle database, to support Washington State, Federal and Department of Navy reporting requirements. Ability to interface with companies to obtain MSDS's, identify pertinent chemical and physical information for entry into NEMS and create computer images for electronic sotrage. Filing and data retrieval abilities are required. The performance period shall be for a one-year perion from the date of award. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used from this procurement.
