The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with the State of California, Department of Water Resources, unless as a result of analysis of acceptable responses to this notice a determination is made by the Government to issue a competitive solicitation. The Sacramento District is seeking to identify sources that can provide streamflow measuring services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, and equipment to perform monthly streamflow measurements and maintenance at 22-32 gaging stations and to provide reports of measurements and maintenance. All interested parties may respond or submit proposals. All proposals received within 45 calendar days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
