We are soliciting in-kind donations for the Elmendorf Base Library Annual Book Sale at Elmendorf Air force Base (AFB) to be held 16 April 1999. The event will be open to all base personell. We are seeking sponsorship/donations in the following forms. Book or cash donations (equal to $1,000) that will be used to purchase non-mission essential library materials (Alaskana, Fiction, Etc.). We are also seeking the donations of used books for the purpose to sell and raise monies for this cause. We will accept all or part sponsorship for this event. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Representation from the sponsor/donor would be accepted and encouraged. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be accepted no later than 22 March 1999.
