We are soliciting for in-kind donations for the Elmendorf Community Center's First Annual Skate Competition on 13 March 1999 to be held at the Elmendorf Air Force Base (AFB) Community Center's Skate Park. The event will be open to three category age groups, 10-12 years, 13-15 years, & 16 and up. We are seeking prizes in the following forms. Tournament prizes for three winners in each age group such as any skate related merchandise and/or items, equipment, music CD's and other related merchandise, certificates from local skate shops, as well as certificates from local business. This event will be a free style event open to all personnel. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up boothes at the event. Representation from the Sponsors would be accepted and encouraged. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation for the event. More than on sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives would be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be recieved no later than 1 March 1999.
