We are soliciting in-kind donations for the Fitness Center's 3-on-3 Fathers Day Basketball Tournament on Elmendorf Air Force Base (AFB) to be held 19 June 1999. The event will be open to all base personnel and their families. We are accepting sponsorship in the following forms. Cash or certificates for services ($5 to $500), donations of trophies and/or money to purchase trophies, beverage doantions for up to 50 participants. We are also seeking Prize donations in the following forms trips, outings, excursions, airline tickets, and /or services from local business. Total sponsorship for this event would be $1,500. Advertising for this event will be done at all areas of the base. Representation from the sponsor would be accepted and encouraged. Sponsors may set up a boothe at the event and/or display banners. We will accept all or part sponsorship for this event. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be accepted no later than 04 June 1999.
