The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is seeking a National Testing Administrator for examination of FHA Single Appraisers. This Administrator will provide examinations for FHA Single Family residential appraisers. the primary objective is to provide testing of FHA Single Family appraisers in the fifty (50) states and U.S. Territories, to certify their knowledge of new FHA appraisal handbook requirements and the use of the revised HCAR (formerly VC/URAR) appraisal form.
