necessary to perform dockside and repairs including but not limited to
the following base items: 1) Preserve Antennas and Antenna
Foundations, 2) Overhaul Vaneaxial Fan, 3) Renew, Overhaul and Test
Valves, 4) Renew Firemain, 5) Install Reach Rod, 6) Clean and Inspect
JP-5 Fuel Tanks, 7) Overhaul and Test Fuel Manifold and Valves, 8)
Overhaul Anchor Windlass Assemblies, 9) Overhaul Anchor and Anchor
Chains, 10) Overhaul Warping Capstan Assembly, 11) Overhaul and Weight
Test Motor Surf Boat Davit Assembly, 12) Overhaul and Weight Test
Shipboard Davit Crane (CT) (Allied Marine Crane-Model Davit 5000), and
13) Provide Temporary Logistics, etc. Option items include but are not
limited to the following: 1) Provide Additional Temporary Logistics,
and 2) Composite Labor Rate, etc. Vessel's homeport is St. Petersburg,
Florida. Vessel availability schedule will be 10 May 1999, for 42
days. Place of performance is restricted to Vessel's Homeport. Vessel
is a 210-foot Medium Endurance Cutter. All reference documents are

A non-refundable charge of $100.00 is required in the form of a
certified check or money order made payable to the U.S. Coast Guard for
requested drawings. All businesses, large and small, are encouraged to
submit bids for the subject requirements. Plans and specifications
will be issued on or after 23 February 1999. All responsible sources
may submit a bid which shall be considered by the United States Coast
