It is anticipated that the resultant contract will cover the period from October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2001, with three unilateral Governmental option years. The average capacity of the Perkins Job Corps Center is 245 students, of which 163 will be residential males, 77 are residential females, 2 will be non-residential males, and 3 will be non-residential females. There will be a pre-proposal conference at the Perkins Job Corps Center on Tuesday, March 9, 1999 starting at 9:00 a.m. (EST). the pre-proposal conference will be followed by a tour of the facility, starting approximately 10:00 a.m. (EST).
