These services are currently being performed by the Government, and a cost comparison under OMB Circular A-76 will be conducted to determine the most cost-effective mode of operation. A contract will not be awarded if Government performance is determined to be more advantageous. The Base Operations function provides the following services to support the Selfridge ANG Base Airfield, but are not limited to: Base Operations, Airfield Facilities Management, Airfield Maintenance, Airfield Use/Access Control, Flight Line Driving Passes, Flight Planning Publications and NOTAMS, Flight Services, Transient Aircrew Support, Emergency Response and Administration. Contractors must be fully qualified in all aspects of the requirement to be considered.
