E-MAIL: Contract Specialist, Services, ppaschick@mimtc.ang.af.mil. The Air National Guard is seeking potential sources capable of performing Communications Services at Selfridge ANG Base MI. These services are currently being performed by the Government, and a cost comparison under OMB Circular A-76 will be conducted to determine the most cost-effective mode of operation. A contract will not be awarded if Government performance is determined to be more advantageous. The targeted Communications functions provide the following services to support Selfridge ANG Base, but are not limited to: Visual Information Services, Mail Distribution and Telephone Billing. A brief breakdown of these services include, but are not limited to: 1. Visual Information Services including still photography, video services, operating self help center, and maintaining work order control system. 2. Mail service including postage metering, processing, and delivery. 3. Telephone billing services to include processing telephone work orders, customer training, telephone billing, maintaining database, interfacing with phone companies, and verifying charges. Contractors must be fully qualified in all aspects of the requirement to be considered.
