The Air Force Flight Test Center is seeking sources for an anticipated requirement to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) services in support of programs for the development of air vehicles and flight-test capabilities. SETA services include: requirements analysis, program planning, preparation of statements of work and technical specifications, cost modeling, proposal evaluation, system design study and review, system verification and validation, and documentation verification. SETA services will also include a management capability and structure that will ensure technically capable as well as cost effective methods and procedures are used throughout the scope of the SETA services. These services are to be provided primarily at Edwards AFB, CA. The applicable SIC is 8731. Firms possessing the capability to perform the requested work are invited to submit a summary of their capability to the following individual within 30 calendar days of the publication of this notice. WHAT TOSUBMIT: Submit a statement of capability, limited to 10 pages, which should include as a minimum: (1) evidence of past experience, (2) information on similar services provided for other government agencies or businesses, (3) personnel qualifications; and (4) statement weather or not they are a large business, small business, or small disadvantaged business. Only written responses will be accepted. Submissions cannot be sent by FAX or e-mail. Sources submitting information will not be reimbursed by the Government for any expenses incurred.
