NOTICE OF INTENT TO MODIFY ADOCS CONTRACT The Government intends to negotiate and issue a sole source modification to Contract DAAH01-97-C-R295, awarded 17 Sep 97 to Interactive Television Company, 1800 North Kent Street, Suite 920, Arlington, VA 22209, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to add range options for an additional 1 -- 72,000 labor hours (covering approximately 32 months) for technology interface, demonstration and test activities in support of Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (ADOCS) and its interface to the Joint Technology Center/System Integration Laboratory Multiple Unified Simulation Environment. The Government does not possess sufficient technical data necessary to support acquisition from any other source. Interactive Television Company is the sole developer and integrator of the ADOCS and is the only firm with the established knowledge, experience and technical data required to fulfill this need. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation will be issued. This modificationis anticipated to be awarded by 26 February 1999.
