S -- TRASH/GARBAGE COLLECTION SERVICES SOL IFB 600-078-99 DUE 032699 POC Ronald Ferrer (562) 494-5534 This is a consolidated solicitation to provide Solid Waste Removal and Disposal Services to two participating VA Medical Center Facilities: (1) 5901 E. 7th Street, Long Beach, CA 90822 and (2) 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and transportation to remove/dispose of solid waste from both Government-owned and Contractor provided receptacles. The contract shall be for one base year, with the Government having the option to exercise four 1-year periods. Contractor will assume full reponsibility for compliance with all Federal, State, County and City laws governing the removal and disposal of solid waste. Solicitation will be full and open competition in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program in FAR Subpart 19.10.
