Each participating individual will be issued a farecard, if they use an eligible method of transportation. A firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract for one base year plus four option. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. If any proposals is received within fifteen (15) calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be evaluated by the Government.. This contract will be awarded as a commercial item under Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized by the Test Program. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 4111, and the size standard is $5 million dollars. This notice of intent does not request competitive proposals.
