This project requires the contractor to renovate the kitchen at the Arnold Lakeside Club at Arnold Engineering Development Center, Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. The work involves replacing the existing kitchen exhaust hood system, re-arranging the kitchen equipment layout and installing new electrical and mechanical systems. Associated work includes lead abatement and asbestos abatement. The performance period shall be 120 calendar days following receipt of a written Notice to Proceed. The estimated order of magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Any responsible firm responding to this notice may submit an offer which shall be considered. Foreign participation is authorized. Any firm responding to this notice should do so in writing and should indicate whether or not it is a small business and whether or not it is a small disadvantaged business. This is a non-appropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Non-appropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs.
