70 -- MICROSOFT OFFICE 97 PROFESSIONAL LICENSES SOL R-2001-00-9-00 DUE 022399 POC Marcia Park, Contract Specialist, 870/543-7405 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as RFQ number R-2001-00-9-00. This requirement is submitted as a sole source to be purchased from a certified Microsoft Solutions Provider Partner (proof of Solutions Provider status must accompany your quote). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-10. This solicitation is a small business set aside. The standard industrial classification code is 5045 with a size standard of 500 employees. Requirement: Quantity 85 each, MOLP-P-C Upgrade Office 97 Standard to Professional Licenses; Quantity 465 each, MOLP-B Office 97 Professional Licenses; Quantity 10 each, Office 97 Professional Media, to be delivered FOB Destination within two weeks of award of purchase order. Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the vendor who submits the lowest price proposal and also meets the certification requirement.
