The VA Medical Center, New Orleans, Louisiana intends to enter into negotiations with GE Medical to provide service and preventative maintenance for the GE PACS System. The Contractor shall provide all parts, software updates, GE PACS networking, preventative maintenance, on-site service, tip-tv and remote system monitoring. Labor is included as a part of the coverage from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday. Holiday coverage will be required for database maintenance. Interested parties should send in demonstrated ability to provide this service to the contracting office by Wednesday February 17, 1999.
