Scope of Work involves renovation and expansion of the approximately 71,500 square foot facility and generally includes demolition, replacement and/or new systems for architectural (exterior facade, roof, windows, doors, interior walls, ceilings and floors), structural (framing, foundations and slabs), mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, and elevators), electrical (service, feeders, circuits, controls, lighting, power and networking), environmental (abatement for asbestos, lead paint and PCB's) and life safety (automatic sprinkler and alarm system) requirements. Estimated construction cost range $ 5,000,000 to $ 8,000,000. This solicitation is not set aside. This procurement is being made under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
