Turn-key system shall include preparation of the work site; on-site assembly, installation, and testing of the equipment; and the training of operator and maintenance personnel. Maximum overal system dimensions are 25 feet long, 20 feet wide, and 18 feet high. System shall be designed to operate in a non-air conditioned manufacturing builiding in an industrial environment with a temperature range of 0 to 120 F, and relative humidity of up to 100% non-condensing. The equipment and all accessory parts must operate from a single, primary power source of 460 VAC ( 5%), three-phase, 60 Hz. Performance requirements include a maximum plate size of 8 feet by 33 feet, plate thickness range of 1/8 inch to 8 inches, and maximum plate weight of 30,000 lb. Contractor is required to comply with Puget Sound Naval Shipyard environmental terms and conditions. Complete specifications and environmental requirements will be included with the solicitation.
