The Navy has a sole source requirement to extend the maximum ordering quantity of the present contract for ruggedized digital cameras and spare parts to Eastman Kodak, Rochester, NY. Quantities as follows- Monochrome 37, Infrared 18 -- an increase of 55 over the present maximum ordering quantity of 220. In addition, spare parts are required as follows: Kodak P/N 642475 for PCMCIA Door Assembly and Kodak P/N 642452 for Battery Door Assembly. Quantities for the spares is 5 minimum, 100 maximum for each door assembly. The ordering period for the contract shall be increased to a three year contract. Kodak has been involved in the integration, support, qualification and evaluation of the Manpack SIDS system by the Marine Corps. Delivery is required 60 days after issuance of delivery order.
