The government intends to award on a sole source basis services to provide technical information subscriptions on CDs for utilization in conjuction with the Environmental Compliance Assessment and Management Program(ECAMP). The purchase shall include an unlimited Air Force wide user license*. The CD shall use the lastest version of the "Folio" software. Distribution shall be for up to 300 individual addresses. Cost shall include postage and handling for up to 300 CDs. The subscription shall be updated on a quarterly basis. The subscription shall run from 15 Apr 1999 to 15 Apr 2000. Required Technical Information on CD: 1. CFR 29 OSHA Parts 1900-1990 including IOSHA. 2. CFR 40 EPA all 16 volumes, air, water, RCRA, SARA, and TSCA. 3. CFR 49 DOT parts 40, 100-499 and all hazmat tables. 4. The Environmental Assessment and Management(TEAM) Guide including all DoD Component and State Supplements, Country Protocols and Component OCONUS Supplements. 5. Federal Register including updates and changes to the above CFRs. 6. Training requirements for the above CFRs. * AF-Wide license will allow unlimited use on as many AF owned computers as required independent of the quantity shipped.
