Seed harvest site must be identified and available for inspection by Windom Wetland Management District (WMD). Seed will be priced per Pure Live Seed (PLS) pound. Primary grass species should include: big bluestem, Indian grass and switchgrass or little bluestem. Seed must contain a minimum of three of these grass species. Seeds from a minimum of 10 species of native forbs must be present. Seed can be cleaned to reduce inert matter, or in an uncleaned condition but it can not be debearded. Prices to include delivery to the Windom Wetland Management District. Magnitude of this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000.
