Provide maintenance/repair of the following Government owned typewriters: IBM typewriters to include models 95, 6784, Selectric II and Selectric III, Panasonic Typewriters to include models KX-700M and KX-E508E, Swintec Typewriters to include models 8014 and 8016, Brother Typewritres to include models GX-6500, GX6750 and GX8750, IBM Wheelwriters to incluce models 2, 3, 5, 6, 10, 15, 30, 35, 40, 70, 1434, 1500, 3407 and 6787, Xerox Memorywriters to include models 620, 625, 627, 645, 645SM, 645SC, 6015, 6020, 6030, 6045, 6225 and 6240. After notification of a failure, the contractor shall provide personnel working continuously on site during regular hours until repairs are completed. Response time for contractor to arrive at the arsenal is 36 hours, and in emergency within 24 hours. Minimum hours: Contractor labor will be billed at the established rate for the time required for the completion of repairs with a minimum of one half (1/2) hour per each repair call. Total hours beyond the first 1/2 hour willbe computed at actual hours. Repair service charges will be limited to the time during which repair person is actually engaged in work on the item of equipment requiring services. Payments (only) may be made by the credit card.
