Lodging shall be based upon Government per Diem; Clin 2: Lodging Taxes, if applicable; Clin 3: Two (2) Conference Rooms for meetings April 6, 1999 to April 8, 1999, Thirty (30) attendees per room per day as per the RFQ; Clin 4: Overhead projectors for three days, quantity of two; Clin 5: Projector Screens for three days, quantity of two per day; Clin 6: Rental of Flip Charts, quantity of two per day for three days; Clin 7: Rental of TV/VCR for one day. These factors include quality, ease of convenience to airport facilities, accessibility and best value to the Government.
