Auburn Street, Cambridge (Middlesex County), Main Post Office, 5 Bedford Street, Burlington (Middlesex County), Braintree Station Post Office, 125 Pearl Street, Braintree (Suffolk County), and the Main Post Office, 8 West Silver Street, Westfield (Hampden). Sealed offers are due on or before Friday, March 5, 1999 no later than 4:00 p.m. EST. The estimated cost of construction is between $130,000.00 and $170,000.00 with construction completion ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. THJERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC OPENING OF THE PROPOSALS AND THE RESULTS OF THE ADVERTISEMENT WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED UNTIL AWARD OF THE PROJECT. The project will involve replacing old signage for the building and roadfront. Three of the facilities are USPS owned and Harvard Square Station and Braintree Branch are leased. Work at the leased facilities will require building permits. The USPS will provide the signage and the contractor will be required to install and make the required repairs, patching and modifications in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Maguire Group, Inc.
