Performance period for resultant requirements construction contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be one (1) basic year plus two (2) option years. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal -- Price Performance Trade-Off (PPT).
