Systems Center intends to purchase up to thirty (30) new flatcars. The
flat cars shall be standard 56-= inch gage with a minimum load
capacity of 100 tons. The contractor shall provide new rail flatcars in
the following lengths and numbers ten (10) 68 foot and twenty (20)
89-foot cars. Detailed specifications and minimum requirements will be
set forth in the solicitation. The SIC Code for this procurement is
3743,1000 employees. The subject solicitation and related documents

business enterprises to acquire short-term working capital assistance
for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT
Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide
accounts receivable financing. The maximum line ofcredit is $500,000.
