The flat cars shall be standard 56-= inch gage with a minimum load capacity of 100 tons. The contractor shall provide new rail flatcars in the following lengths and numbers ten (10) 68 foot and twenty (20) 89-foot cars. Detailed specifications and minimum requirements will be set forth in the solicitation. The SIC Code for this procurement is 3743,1000 employees.
