The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate modifications to contract N00019-98-C-0012 with Lockheed Martin Federal Systems (LMFS), Manassas, VA 22110 for the development of software and hardware necessary to execute the Navy Helicopter Master Training Plan. Specifically, LMFS will apply the Common Visual System (CVS) from the SH-60B Trainer Upgrade (TU) to the SH-60F trainers and the CH-60S trainers. The contractor will install the CVS in three SH-60F trainers and one CH-60S trainer. LMFS will add Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) upgrades to the SH-60F trainers.
