The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, except those designated as Government-furnished, and incidentals to perform all work specified in the contract. This solicitation will result in a multi-year contract. Approximately 2582 acres are to be planted the first year and 3200 acres the second year. The estimated start work date is March 30, 1999.
