We are seeking in-kind donations/sponsorship for the Skills Development Center's Drawing and Painting Contest to be held at Elmendorf Air Force Base (AFB) on 24 April 1999. This contest is open to all base personnel and anyone who is authorized to use the Skills Development Center. The purpose of this contest is to recognize the artistic talents of our community. The goal of this event is to promote the Skills Development Center programs and services through the presentation of community based programs. For this event we are seeking door prizes in the form of gift certificates and/or services from the surrounding community, arts and crafts supplies. We are also seeking grand prizes in the following forms airline tickets, trips, outings, fishing excursions, etc. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Representation by the sponsor/donor would be accepted and encouraged. We will allow the sponsor(s) to set up boothes and display banners at the event. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation for this event. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of htis solicitation may be recieved no later than 12 April 1999. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the Government.
