We are soliciting in-kind donations for the Eagleglen Open Golf Tournament at Elmendorf Air Force Base (AFB) to be held on the 11th and 12th of September 1999. The event will be open to all base personnel, and anyone authorized to use the facilities. We average approximately 32,000 rounds of golf per season, with approximately 150 tournaments throughout. We are seeking sponsorship/donations in the following forms. Door prizes: airline tickets, fishing excursions, trips, outings, etc. Services from local businesses, gift certificates, golf bags, clubs, and other related equipment, as well as cash donations. We are also seeking hole-in-one sponsors, and tee prize gifts to include, golf balls, tees, divot repair tools, towels, etc. We are also seeking beverage donations for approximately 125 participants. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Representation from the sponsor(s) would be accepted and encouraged. Sponsors may set up a boothe at the event and/or display banners. We will accept all or part sponsorship for this event. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be recieved no later than 30 August 1999. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government.
