Maintenace includes preventive maintenance, analysis, and repair of automated broadcast recording/duplicating and satellite reception equipment. The TV and radio broadcast functions include recording, editing, playback, production, and live broadcast to AFRTS-BC affiliates located overseas and to U.S. Navy ships at sea. The TV and radio functions are computer assisted and automated. The contract is to be performed within the Armed Forces Radio and Television Service-Broadcast Center located at 1363 Z Street, March ARB, CA 92518-2017, on a 24 hour basis. Proposed contact period is for a base year and four one-year options. This acquisition is unrestricted -- open to both small and large businesses. The SIC for this acquisition is 8999, and the small business size standard threshold is $5.0 million.
