The contractor shall provide professional dental assistance to the dentist, maintain an appointment book, provide statistical data, including clerical duties. Completion of a course in dental assistance with certification and prior work experience of at least one year. I. Individual/Contractor shall be fluent in both English ans Spanish. Contractor shall provide documentation for completion of a dental assistance course, The contractor shall maintain a current cardiopulmonary resuscitation and emergency cardiac care provider card. Contractor shall be required to carry insurance, and to keep certifcations current. This contract will require frequent contact with inmates.
