The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) on behalf of the AEGIS Combat Systems Center (ACSC) has a requirement to provide full Food Services and Assignment Desk Clerk support for the General Mess and Combined BOQ/BEQ at the AEGIS Combat Systems Center, Wallops Island, Virginia. Food Services tasking includes; requisitioning and receipt of food, preparation and serving of meals, cashier services, food service equipment maintenance, sanitation and custodial services, management and quality control of services provided, and provision of materials and supplies. Assignment Desk clerk tasking includes; operation of a billeting reservation services, registration and check-out of all personnel, collection and deposit of fees, provision of message service, and maintenance of records and report submission. The period of performance is planned for 01 October 1999 to 30 September 2000 with four additional option years (through September 2004). This proposed procurement is a 100% Small BusinessSet-Aside, the size standard for which is $15.0 million. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on 10 March 1999. The solicitation will be open for 45 days.
