Install one (1) 100 KW 120/208V, 3 phase emergency generator (Government furnished) at the Sabre Heliport Fire Station #2, Building 6634. Work shall include a new 500 gallon "Convault" above ground fuel tank, complete with all pumps and fuel piping. Work shall also include new weather proof enclosure, transfer switch, block heaters, battery charger, battery, exhaust system and complete fault detection systems. Generator and associated equipment shall be installed in a weatherproof enclosure. Install new power lines (underground), service drop/lateral, main control switch with ground rod and grounding as indicated on the Drawings. Remove existing power service as shown. The contractor shall provide his own transportation to remove the generator from Building 7180 at Campbell Army Airfield to work site at his own cost. After complete installation, the system shall be tested as specified. If any parts or components are found to be defective or inoperable, the contractor shall repair or replace them at noadditional cost to the Government. The period of performance is 60 calendar days. Forthcoming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1711 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
