The project will include approximately 175,000 square feet of siding work, to include the base's historic garages and MCP units. The work will include limited demolition, and the installation of new steel siding, trim pieces, window frames, soffits, and gutters. Performance period for resultant requirements construction contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be one (1) basic year plus one (1) option year. Magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This solicitation is a request for proposal -- Price Performance Trade-Off (PPT). When solicitation package is received it should be read completely as there are milestones that must be met to be considered responsive. The issue date will be on or about 25 February, 1999 with a closing date 30 calendar days after RFP issuance.
