The Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee Power Office, P.O. Box 620, Grand Coulee WA 99133, has a requirement for one new OA/FA, 10/12.5 MVA, 13.8kV Delta-13.8kV GRD. Wye/7.97kV, oil filled type outdoor station service transformer. The Contractor shall furnish, assemble, deliver, test and prepare for outside storage in accordance with the specifications. Primary and secondary power connections shall be compatible with existing powerplant buswork and cabling. Alarm and control functions shall be as specified in the specification. The station service transformer being furnished under this solicitation is required to be delivered to the Right Powerplant transformer deck, at Grand Coulee Dam, located in Okanogan County, Washington, about 90 miles west of Spokane, Washington. Grand Coulee Dam can be reached via U.S. highway No. 2 and State Highway No. 174 from Spokane. Award will be based on evaluation of the descriptive literature, the unit price, guaranteed no load losses, and guaranteed winding losses.
