Calvin, Contracting Officer, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Albuquerque Area Office, 615 1st Street, N.W., Albuquerque, NM 87102 The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Albuquerque Area Office (AAO), is soliciting proposals for production of a Fire Management Plan (FMP) for the lands of the Laguna, Ramah Navajo, Zuni, and Ute Mountain Ute Indian Reservations. The FMP is a programmatic document, used to define strategies for the management of wildland and prescribed fires. The FMP is subject to the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) requirements. All proposals become a part of the BIA official files without obligation on the part of DOI. The AAO reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted and to request additional information form all proposers. Any award made will be to the firm which, in the opinion of AAO is best qualified.
