KIM, SEA 02521, (703) 602-8000 Ext. 523 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-99-G-5210 with Sechan Electronics, Incorporated, 525 Furnace Hills Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Orders will be issued for material and services required to support and perform studies and analyses related to the Performance Expansion Modules for the AN/SPA-25G Radar Display. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). Sechan is currently the only known source that can provide engineering services/equipment in a timely and cost efficient manner. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirement.
